In an exclusive written interview, former forZe coach Rustam “5TRYK3R” Alimqulov has broken his silence about explosive allegations surrounding his previous team PARTY, which included current professional player Hobbit. The coach also launched scathing accusations against his former organization forZe, demanding repayment of outstanding debts and revealing startling match-fixing claims.

At 5TRYK3R’s specific request, the entire interview was conducted through written responses. He indicated that additional revelations would follow in subsequent discussions planned for the near future.

— Back in 2019, you called PARTY’s disband the most difficult period in your life. Why?

— My entire professional identity was forged through Counter-Strike, with PARTY representing the culmination of years of dedication. I established the team from scratch and poured every ounce of energy into its development. This squad was positioned to elevate my competitive journey to elite levels, but I encountered systematic mistreatment that ultimately terminated my playing career prospects.

— After PARTY you decided to change your role and became a coach. Were you disillusioned with your career as a player?

— As a recognized member of Kazakhstan’s CS:GO elite, severing connections with four fellow top-tier competitors created insurmountable barriers to continuing as an active player, regardless of being in the right. This situation demonstrates how professional networks operate – individual talent alone cannot overcome collective exclusion in tight-knit competitive scenes.

— Is it true that the successes of the previous forZe rosters is your merit?

— Absolutely, I dedicated extensive effort to player recruitment and development. That specific lineup’s composition resulted entirely from my strategic vision and decision-making authority. Following the removal of LiTTle, I personally appointed Jerry as team captain. I successfully reactivated almazer from competitive hiatus. Through systematic FACEIT scouting, I discovered xsepower. When Almaz recommended FL1T, I made the strategic decision to integrate him into our lineup, transforming us into dominant online tournament contenders.

— But than you left the club. What happened?

— Upon joining forZe, the organization ranked around 70th in HLTV standings. Through our collective efforts, we ascended to top-30 status, at which point administrative interference intensified significantly.

The organizational stance toward my contributions shifted radically, with management engaging in systematic obstruction: refusing LAN finals ticket purchases, withholding visa documentation assistance. After qualifying for CIS Minor London 2018, they concealed my entitled sticker revenue share while offering vague bonus promises. Compensation levels failed to reflect both my expertise and achieved competitive results.

— ForZe’s CEO Sergey “MegioN” Ignatko appeared in your social media and made several sarcastic comments.

— He represents an unreliable debtor with negligible standing throughout the CIS competitive community. He remains fixated on the circumstance where I proactively departed during a major tournament rather than accepting forced removal. Financial considerations don’t override professional integrity.

ForZe maintains outstanding financial obligations totaling $1130 for ECS and PLG tournament earnings. My final payment from the organization occurred in November 2019, while ECS distributed prize funds to forZe in December 2019. Documentation from ECS representatives confirms this payment timeline.

Simultaneously, forZe leadership falsely claims complete debt settlement without providing substantiating evidence. This amount represents negligible financial impact for sponsors like Lukoil, FC Spartak, and Winline – do they genuinely value their corporate reputation?

It starts on May 14.

Through his VK social media platform, Rustam published multiple gameplay recordings from PARTY’s matches during the StarLadder Minor 2015 online Closed Qualifier. One particularly revealing clip demonstrates their unconventional dispersed assault on Dust 2, notably abandoning the bomb at CT-spawn. He highlighted critical tactical errors including improper grenade utilization and failure to execute essential window smoke coverage.

Subsequently, Rustam disclosed private communications with Hobbit. Abay asserted that wagering his apartment on their opponents’ victory (GameplayDNA) would guarantee winning replacement property.

Investigations revealed that all betting activity on that match (along with several other PARTY contests) faced suspension because of “potential match manipulation concerns.”
